Site Management
Lancasters project managers run the electrical package from contract award to practical completion. Each project has a single named contact who owns the programme, the budget, the site team and the interface with the head contractor.
Our project managers work directly with construction managers, engineers, site supervisors and our own electricians and switchboard builders. Because the switchboards and control systems are built in our own workshop, design queries, variations and delivery dates are resolved inside the business rather than passed between subcontractors.
Day-to-day site management covers programme tracking, subcontractor coordination, safety documentation, inspection and test planning, and the commissioning and handover schedule.

Lancasters delivers electrical infrastructure packages for civil contractors, developers and local government across Queensland: underground services, pits and conduits, pad-mount transformer sites, street and pole lighting, and power and communications pathways.
Our civil crew carries out the trenching, hardstands and excavation for our own installations, and at set rates for other electrical contractors. Every package is handed over with mandrel testing, as-built drawings and the certification the asset owner needs.
